Lunch/Sunday – Thai Coconut Curry Butternut Squash Soup 8, add chicken & white rice

Next time: After pureeing the soup, add peppers and shredded chicken. I added rice this time and it was good!

Monday – Baked Parmesan Fish, Mashed Potatoes, Sriracha Kale Caesar, Asparagus

Tuesday – Steak, Sweet Potato, Sriracha Kale Caesar,  Asparagus

Wednesday – One Pan Chicken Parmesan, Pasta, Asparagus, Zucchini

Thursday – Dinner Out

Friday – Steak, Garlic & Herb Roasted Potatoes, Green Beans
