Wednesday – Slow Cooker Chicken Curry (add broccoli), basmati rice

  
Thursday – Burgers w/Spanish rice, avocado, tomatoes, mixed greens

Friday – Roasted Chicken & Vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, potatoes, onion, garlic)
