Sunday/Lunch – Spaghetti Squash Lasagna, Bread w/garlic olive oil, Blueberries Pistachios and Mixed Green Salad
- I prefer to scrap the squash out of the shell and layer it in a casserole dish with meat sauce and cheese mixture.
Monday – Chicken w/mustard cream sauce, Zucchini, Quinoa w/garlic and chicken broth
Tuesday – Chicken or Steak, Roasted Veggies, Sweet Potato
- Cook sweet potato in micro wave for 5 min flipping have way through, then bake in oven at 400 for 30 minutes.
Wednesday – Italian Chicken Bake, Fettuccine w/garlic and pesto, Asparagus
- Use cotija cheese instead of mozzarella
Thursday – Fish, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
Friday – Zach gone
Saturday – Zach gone
