Sunday/Lunch – Asian Green Bean & Turkey Rice Bowls
Monday – Crock Pot Chicken Tikka Masala, Naan, Basmati Rice, Steamed Broccoli
- (use 2 Tbsp tapioca flour for each 1 Tbsp corn starch)
This was good, 7 out of 10. Next time I would use more spices to give it a bit more flavor.
Wednesday – Chicken Enchilada Squash
- Use crock pot to cook chicken w/Ro-tel &chicken broth
Thursday – Coconut Chicken, Steamed Broccoli, White Rice
- Lighting cook chicken on either side in oil in pan, finish in oven.
- Make sauce out of sweet chili sauce and Sriracha.
Saturday – Grilled Chicken & Roasted Veggies
