Sunday/Lunch – Crockpot Chicken Noodle
Monday – Coconut Curry Noodle Soup, Naan,
- Use spaghetti squash for noodles.
- Next time: Skip the lime, try cilantro. Try cooking in the crock pot. Broth is very good!
- Use left over onion from chicken noodle and other half of spaghetti squash.
Wednesday – Zucchini Noodles w/Cilantro Lime Chicken
- May need to eat this with rice.
Thursday – Steak, Beet Pesto Pasta, Roasted Veggies
- Beet Pesto Pasta was delicious! Very garlicky! I used 2 beets and had way too much pesto.
Friday – Slow Cooker Barbacoa Tacos
