Sunday/Lunch – Spaghetti Squash Lasagna, Garlic Bread
- I like to layer the ingredients in a casserole dish, rather than using the squash shell.
Monday – Chicken Massaman Curry, White Rice, Naan,
- Add peppers, potatoes, carrots
Tuesday – Steak, Kale Caesar, Asparagus, Butternut Squash Mashed Potatoes
- Roast butternut squash, save half for Wednesday night. Use other half in mashed potatoes.
Friday – Grilled Chicken, Kale Caesar
Saturday – Left overs
