Steak, Sweet Potato, Asparagus, Arugula Salad w/Figs
- Steak: Seasoned with salt & pepper. Seared on each side, then cooked in oven at 425.
- Salad: Quartered figs and sautéed briefly in coconut oil and honey. Layered figs, candied pecans, and Boursin cheese on top of arugula and sprinkled with left over coconut oil and honey.
